Improving Your Marketing

Marketing can become very complicated for a company. Many businesses spend a lot of money on marketing their products.
If you want to have a great marketing plan and really bring in the sales, then you need to know how to improve it over time. From time to time, you have to take measures to improve your existing plan.

Do you ever change your marketing plan? Have you looked into your plan and looked for ways that you might be able to improve? This is a very important process that you need to do every so often to be sure your marketing plan is up to date. You need to take a serious look at your plan and decide if you can improve upon it or your product in any way.

Over time it may be necessary not only to change your product but also the packaging that you use. Making changes will keep your product looking fresh and innovative. Don't just concentrate on your own product. Look at others to see what they are doing so that you can stay ahead of the game.

Never forget who your customer is and what they want. Most consumers look for convenience and ease of use. Does your product offer that? If not, why not? Customers can be very fickle and they will often move to a competitor's product if they feel that it offers them more in the way of convenience.

Do you think about your customer? Do you do things to make it easier or more convenient for them to use your product?
You need to always keep the customer in mind and remember that convenience is a big factor when it comes to a consumer using a product. If there are ways that you can make it easier for your customers to use your product, then you need to take advantage of it.

Resist the temptation to concentrate only on your current customers. What about attracting new people? If you changed your marketing slightly, would you open your product up to a whole new market?

You should also listen to customer complaints and take them seriously and learn whenever you can from things that may have gone wrong. This is a great way to learn how real customers feel about your product and how you can make it better.

If you keep these things in mind, you will be able to improve upon the marketing of your business from day to day and you will find yourself and your business more profitable.

How To Increase Your Business's Revenue Stream Online

Ever thought of expanding your business by adding on-line revenue streams? Or creatng a new business on-line? If so, there are many "gurus" around who'd like you to pay them high fees for the intricacies of their expertise.
Some are very good...However you'd better know exactly what kind of help you're going to need, or these fees will eat into your profits long before you're even close to getting a return on your investment.

Put simply, building an on-line revenue stream requires skills in 2 areas:
1. Bringing the right kind of visitors to your web site 2. Persuading them to take the action you want

Let's examine an example wherein:
- Selling your product for $100.
- Attracting 1000 visitors monthly to your site.
- Expecting 1% of these visitors to purchase your product.

Next, your short-term revenue is derived from the following
formula:
(No. of visitors) x Product Price x (Percent of Buying
Visitors)
Or, 1000 x $100 x .01 = $1000 per month

So, your options for increasing your revenue, based on a given product price, are:
- Increasing traffic flow to your site.
- Increasing the percentage of visitors who purchase (also referred to as conversion ratio).
- Do both of the above.

But traffic and conversion ratio are not independent factors. The type and source of your web site visitors can, and will hugely impact your conversion rate.

So what options do we have when it comes to getting visitors to come to my web site? There are probably only a few key
stratgies:

1. Buy Traffic
There are many ways to buy traffic. Some of these are Pay-per-click (PPC), Banner ads, leads, or off-line advertising. These are generally quick methods of getting visitors to your site. But they can be expensive, and complicated. Unneccessarily so, especially if you're inexperienced, and make some of the mistakes common among PPC buyers.

2. Develop traffic.
That entails optimizing your website so it rises to the highest position in results from a search engine. Although this can be very effective and result in lots of "free"
traffic, constructing traffic requires experience, time and constant effort by management to achieve and hold an enviable place on the first page. Additionally, your hard work can be quickly upset by competition or by a search engine's policy change. If you don't already have this experience, you must climb a steep learning curve or pay an SEO consultant to perform this for you. Kind of blows away the truth behind "free" traffic!

3. Dig up traffic.
By this, I'm referring to digging up existing customer lists of yours and directing them toward your new online offer.
This approach is excellent, especially if you already have an accessible list of customers that are prime for the new plan. However, what if you don't?

4. Bring in traffic through public relations.
Create opportunities to promote your offer on TV and radio or in newspapers and magazines. Also, include your website address on press releases, "advertorials" and articles for people to take the next step to learn more about your topic.
If you're wise and maintain good media contacts, public relations are effective avenues.

5. "OPT" - Other People's Traffic
There are literally thousands of on-line magazines and newsletters with editors hungry for good, relevant content.
They may well have circulation lists with thousands of subscribers. You can probably find several related to your topic. If only they'd publish your article, or even your advert, with a personal endorsement, to their list, you might receive a tidal wave of visitors, which would soon fall back, until you do the same again to another list, or offer another article for publication.

But of course you can't do everything all at once! So what sort of start-up sequence should you consider?

1. For a fast market test, buy traffic from a highly keyword -targetted source. Test the viability of your niche, your offer, and your advertising copy.
(Of course, if your exisitng client base is good for your new offer, test first with current clients.)Provided buying traffic remains profitable, keep this as a key part of your on-going traffic strategy.

2. Satisfied your niche is viable? Established your conversion rate or opt-in rate? Then you're ready to use other people's traffic. Take your offer to your target publishers and negotiate a good deal for both of you for them to carry your article or ad. You should do this regularly over a period of time, using publishers who reach different market segments.

3. Follow the key Search Engine Optimization rules when building your sales website. Include developing in-bound links, relevant content, a clear and focused theme, and so on in your site. By increasing your site's visibility on major Search Engines, your traffic is bound to grow over time.

4. Keep your news newsworthy. That is, as soon as you have news, find ways for TV, newspapers, radio and such to carry it.

As a final point, repeat these online revenue streams as long as profitable.

Increase Sales by Using Testimonials Effectively

Testimonials and endorsements are highly effective for establishing credibility in almost any marketing situation, but online they are especially important. With them, you have a third party effectively saying, "Yes. This is a real product or service and it is a good value." Your online shopper is reassured, and starts to trust in the reality of your offer when they read that others have been glad they bought your product.

When someone with celebrity (in general, or within a specific industry) says, "I put my reputation behind my recommendation of this product," you have an endorsement.
Endorsements are very powerful because prospects generally trust the opinion of someone they perceive as familiar. So, it is worth the effort to use any connections you might have to get an endorsement for your service or product.

Testimonials are also powerful, but for a slightly different reason. They offer assurance: others have already taken the risk of buying your product, and they were happy with the results of their purchase. The suggestion of the testimonial is that when the prospect gets that product, their results will be similar and they will be happy also.

A useful testimonial includes these things: Both first and last names. If you've ever read one where only the first name and last initial is given, (e.g. Barbara P.), what was your response? It strikes a suspicious note, as if the testifier would prefer to be anonymous. The full name is much more believable. If possible, enhance the effect by including state, city, type of business or business name.

Select testimonials that are brief and focused. Each one should be about a specific and measurable result, as much as possible.

For example, "Her writing advice was great, and I enjoyed having her help getting published," gives no real information. But, "My coaching practice expanded to include seminars and group events as a result of her help with getting published. Now, my income has doubled even though I'm working fewer hours than ever," indicates specific and desirable results.

If you have no testimonials because you have either: 1) never asked for them; 2) neglected to keep positive comments; or 3) have a new product, here are some ways to get testimonials.

Give the product as a fr~ee trial to interested parties.
Tell them that if they use it and feel they could honestly recommend it, you would like a testimonial. Make sure the fr~ee trial has no strings attached because exchanging the trial for a testimonial won't result in the true testimonials you are seeking.

Ask for feedback from people who have already used your product. Any feedback you get that is positive but not specific, make contact again and ask for more specific information.

When you get something good that just needs a little editing for clarity or professional grammar, etc., then edit it and ask the testifier if your changes meet with their approval. Only use versions you've edited if they've been approved.

If you have the reverse problem: stacks and stacks of testimonials that make it hard to choose, select according to these guidelines:
1. What are your top benefits, and do you have short testimonials that support or prove those top benefits?
2. Do you have testimonials that tell about specific and measurable results the product helped the client achieve?
3. Are any of the testimonials from recognized names in your industry?

Although you can use any number of testimonials, more is not always better. The focus of your copy should always be on the product and its benefits. In other words, you want to keep the reader moving through your sales letter. Use the testimonials to support, and not distract from, the main event.

All about buildings

Buildings are any structure with walls, a roof and is more or less permanently fixed in one place. It is constructed for enclosing people, animals, cattle or other movable property. As it is a structure that doesn't move it does not includes any type of mobile homes, utility or recreational vehicle, boat or tent. Building may be as plain as one roof with walls providing shelter from the elements or it can be complex as skyscraper regulating temperature, air flow, gas content, light control bacteria, pressure, while holding 1000's of persons. A building can be built for anything needed from a home to office complex, hospital or a shopping mall. The use, design, construction and engineering of buildings is as old as mankind. Earlier buildings were constructed out of logs or mud but today builders design huge buildings with the help of other engineers who have studied in this trade. There are many sorts of building materials, techniques and designs available for constructing a building. A building can be built with any type of material and in any way. Design and building techniques that are used in construction are:

Geodesic Domes

A geodesic dome is a global structure and is built on a series of struts arranged on circles sitting on the top of a sphere. A geodesic domes design incorporates interconnected triangles. These triangles distribute the weight and provide support to create strong building. They are also friendly to the environment. In all the building design geodesic domes are the most efficient way to enclose an area with the least amount of material.

Insulated Concrete Forms building

These buildings are constructed with hollow foam blocks filled with concrete. These blocks are used to lay the foundation of a building. The blocks are bound together using C-shaped interlocking pins. When the blocks are in place and connected together they are reinforced with steel rods. Once this is completed the construction workers will then fill the hollow spaces in the blocks with concrete.
Electrical lines and plumbing pipes are hidden inside grooves cut into the foam walls. After all this has been completed the walls are covered with a finish of brick, plaster, drywall, stucco or siding.

Modular Building

This kind of building is fabricated in a factory in controlled conditions. Large sections of walls and roofs are constructed and then moved to the site and fixed on a permanent foundation. These buildings differ from mobile homes as they are attached to a permanent foundation and are impossible to be moved like mobile homes. As they are fabricated inside a factory they save time and can be set up without delays.

Structural Insulated Panels Building

This type of building is built using sheets of foam Insulation, inserted between strand board or any other type of wood. What makes SIPs unique is they don't have a frame.
The foam sheets are very strong and can be used for walls, roofs and even floors.

Steel Framing in Building

Instead of a wood-framed building, recycled steel beams can also be used to make a building. It gives good protection to the building from dampness, hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes.

Entrepreneur's Lab - Test your Market before Investing

"Entrepreneurial Laboratory" is what the Internet has transformed into during the last ten years. Amazingly, the year was 1993 when Marc Andreasen launched the first ever "point & click" Internet browser called Mosaic at a trusting world. And, an Internet usable by every person was born!
You no longer needed to learn strange programming languages before you could work a computer. Providing that your fingers could wiggle and your sight could identify tiny images on the screen, you were able to use your computer and to communicate with lots of people.

>From the time when the Internet first appeared, it contained
a galaxy of stuff covering a mind-boggling range of topics.
The Internet quickly became an alternative for audio systems, VCR, telephone, and in some situations, television.

Yet, for an entrepreneur, the most persuasive - and perhaps life changing - role of the Internet is its power as a virtually on-the-spot, inexpensive medium for direct mail advertising.

I'm not talking about corporate-style TV advertising that seeks to win design awards and shape brand image. I'm talking about advertising that calls you to action, as opposed to TV ads that leave you half smiling and wondering "What's that all about?" This action might entail phoning a customer center, downloading an e-book, signing up for further information, or even supplying your credit card data so as to order online goods & services!

Magazine advertisements commonly cost hundreds or up to thousands of dollars to set up. Then, the business has to wait weeks or months before getting back responses. In contrast, the Internet Entrepreneur can set up a small ad for a little more than tens of dollars or up to a couple hundred dollars and have the first visitor to his website within minutes! Measuring the performance of an ad in this manner is remarkable considering it takes only a few hours.
You will automatically know which campaign is profitable and you're leaving behind risky ways of advertising that can cost a fortune.

Is your business ready to grasp hold of this opportunity?
Will adding a new online operation make a difference in revenue in your current business? Or do you want to launch a completely new business venture online?

Considering that many of the payment, fulfillment and ordering processes can be automated - along with many sales processes too - this amazing technological medium contains outstanding commercial power.

Although tapping into this takes a range of skills from computer literacy, through copy-writing, to Direct Marketing, there are only 2 fundamental activities required:

1. You must bring the right visitors to your website.
2. You then must persuade these visitors to perform desired actions.

Is it simple? In principal, the answer is yes. However, in practice, you need to answer several important questions along the way:
- Do you know who are your "right visitors"?
- Do you know where to find them?
- Do you know how to lead them to your website?
- Do you know if your market is large enough?
- What's more, do you know what to ask and do for your visitors once they arrive?
- Do you know the percentage of visitors you can count on to respond?
- Do you know how to increase these odds?

Low Cost Marketing Research

If you have a company or business, you know how important marketing is. The best way to form a great marketing plan is to do research. But most companies don~t conduct the proper research. One reason why companies do not do thorough research is because of the time that it takes. Another reason is because of the expense.

Market research need not be expensive. There are many ways that you can get a great deal of information without breaking the bank. Whilst some of these methods will require more time, some are cheap as well as easy!

Some methods may even cost you nothing! By mixing several procedures that are all free, you can draw conclusions without spending a cent.

You'd be amazed by how much you can learn from simply watching other people, particularly your competitors.
Analyze critically what they are doing; does it work or could you improve it in some way?

Next, consider your customers carefully. Who do you think currently uses your product, or your competitor's product?
Create a profile of your customer; from this you will be able to ensure that you do not waste time and expense targeting the wrong people!

By going online you can gather a lot of information for a relatively little money. Many agencies, including the government, collect data that is available for nothing or at least only a small sum of money. Make full use of these facilities as the work has already been done for you. Try using emails to send out surveys. Whilst the response rate may not be good, the costs are also very low.

A more detailed way of conducting research includes giving someone your product as a trial to see how they feel about the item. By asking several questions and watching the individual using the item you can learn a lot. Many problems can be ironed out before your product even hits the market. All of these methods will help make sure that you do not waste any time or money when it comes to marketing your product.

Understanding the Varieties of Advertising

Marketing is very important to any business or corporation.
It is the way that your potential customers get to know about you and your product. Customers are everywhere which is why you will find types of marketing everywhere.

You can not leave your home without seeing the effects of marketing. In fact, it comes into your home through television, radio, internet, direct mail and more.
Everywhere you go, people are marketing to you. You see advertisements for goods and services at every corner. When you need to market your business, you can learn a lot from observing all these different types of marketing.

TV

The TV is one of the most common methods of marketing. It is not affordable for everyone or every business. Commercial time on the top networks can be very expensive and depending on the time your commercial will run, it can be even more expensive. This is why the TV isn~t the right method for everyone.

Even if you choose not to use mass media, you can still do a lot of your research by watching others advertise.
Competitors may use television or radio, which will enable you to learn more about their product or service.

Poster Advertising

Another popular way of marketing is to advertise on billboards and signs. People see advertising everywhere they go and billboards and signs have long been a great way to market your product.

One of the most popular locations for these signs is along highways. As the main target of these signs include drivers it is important that the message is clear and easy to understand. Drivers do not have a long time to study the sign and the message must, therefore, be obvious and easy to absorb. Ideally the message will also leave a lasting impression.

Direct Mail

This is a very direct advertising method and offers a great opportunity to give people individual incentives in the form of vouchers or coupons. Using direct advertising is a real challenge to companies as many people simply dismiss this form of marketing. However, showing that you have the information available and that you are speaking to them as individuals can go a long way to instilling confidence in both you and your product.

Credibility and Trust - Keys to Online Success

New people make their first online purchase every day.
Even when the purchase is something minor, the visitor's decision whether to buy from your website always involves establishing your credibility and inspiring their trust.
After all, the buyer is taking a leap of faith that when they hand over their credit card information, address, and so on, they are actually going to get something in return.
Even to a sophisticated online buyer, first time purchases from an unfamiliar website can feel risky.

To help your visitors feel confidence in their purchase and feel assured that they won't end up being ripped off, there are several ways to establish your credibility.

The first step in establishing trust is obvious, but it needs to be said because it is the foundation for all the
rest: Start by making sure that your sales copy is truthful. Of course, you want it to be persuasive, but don't be tempted to exaggerate or mislead in any way. When what you say is true, it rings true.

Next, include details that make your descriptions realistic. For example, don't use estimates or rounded numbers. Instead, use specific quantities. Say the exact amount, "3,857" rather than saying, "Nearly 4,000."

The website should have a human presence such as a photograph, a signature, an audio clip, and so on.

The site is also imbued with a human presence by giving evidence that can be verified of your expertise. That is, if you have earned credentials related to the product or service or if you have written and published articles on relevant topics, refer to them.

Use any favorable materials from 3rd parties. Examples include magazine reviews, test results from independent sources, quotes from experts about the benefits and value of the type of product or service you are offering, and awards. All these outside commendations give evidence of legitimacy.

Always use testimonials. Online, include these early in the copy. Text testimonials are fine, but if you have audio testimonials they are better because they are proven and tested to increase results. If you have not already begun collecting testimonials, start today. Begin by asking people who are your customers already for feedback. To get testimonials for a new product, give fr^ee trials, no strings attached. Just ask for a testimonial only if they feel it is truly deserved.

Good testimonials have certain characteristics. For one thing, they have both first and last names. Comments from Lisa Z aren't nearly as credible those from Lisa Zellerman.
When possible, include city, state, and perhaps some identifying information. For example, Lisa Zellerman, first time homeowner. The testimonial should be brief, a sentence or two. It should focus on something specific. And it's best if it describes measurable results.

Use some or all of these strategies to establish credibility and trust, and you will greatly enhance your sales. In the end, it doesn't matter if your offer is terrific and your product is miraculous unless the prospect believes in you.

The FIRST Essential Ingredient for Business Success

You had 24 hours yesterday. So what did you do with them?
Did you fritter them away in mindless and pointless activities? Did you vegetate in front of the TV? Did you go out for dinner with your lover? Did you work for 8 hours making someone else rich? Did you work on your business so that it grows and achieves for you the dreams you dream of?

The most precious commodity we have is time. When you are young, it seems like it comes in an endless supply. Yet as we get older, we realise how fleeting it is - and how much more valuable than even gold or silver.

Time marches relentlessly onwards. Tick, tock, tick, tock, the seconds pass, even as you are reading this article.
You have this life only once to live... is it all you wanted it to be? As Rudyard Kipling says in his poem "If", are you filling each unforgiving minute with 60 seconds worth of distance run? Because, to me, it seems the greatest tragedy of all is to waste those precious seconds on things that are of no importance to us.

Why? Because that leads to REGRET. And regret, I believe, is possibly the saddest and most pitiful emotion to live with - to look back on your life not with warm glowing memories, but with a leaden ache of regret. "If only I had..."

My friend, if there is one thing I wish for you is that on your dying day you can look back and say "I have no regrets.
I have lived a full, and happy, and satisfying life."

So how do you achieve that? Make sure you fill each unforgiving minute with 60 seconds worth of distance run.
"Running where? Doing what?" Doing what is important, that's what. But it is what is important to YOU that matters, not what is important to anyone else.

Now, don't get me wrong here. I am not talking pure hedonism. I don't say you should fill every moment with self-indulgent pleasure. But I do believe that (as much as is humanly possible) every second should be filled with what is *important* to us.

What do I mean by that?

As I see it there are two types of "important". The first is the higher goal: those things that are "an end" in themselves. Those things that we dream of, and seek after.
They are the things we would do if we had no "necessity" of doing them - i.e. if we had no money worries, no chores, no commitments. They are the things we will look back on, and smile about. The things we will say, "I wish I had done more of that".

They are different for everyone of us, but for me the list would look something like this:

* Spending time being intimate with my family and friends - enjoying each other's company.
* Spending time doing the sports I love, and visiting the places I enjoy.
* Spending time helping other people to be successful (it excites me to see people succeed).

But, the reality is that I am not (indeed I doubt anyone is) in a position to do these all of the time. So there is a second rank of "important" things that I do. These are important because they help me to have MORE time to do the first rank. These are important because they are the "means" to the end. They include such things as:

* earning money
* paying bills
* keeping fit
* maintaining and looking after my possession (e.g. the car) and, above all
* building my business so that it runs itself

If I fail to do these then, before to long, I will have no time at all to do the really important things. And, even in this list, some things are more important than others - building my business (which will provide me with much free time in the future) I rate as more important than doing hourly consulting (which pays the bills, but does not buy me time in the future).

Everything that does not fit into the above two categories is UNIMPORTANT - to me, anyway. In fact, they are worse than that - they are distractions that use up my precious time and take me further away from the important things.
Life is too short, my friend, to fritter on the unimportant.

So tell me, what did you do yesterday? No, not in vague generalities; what did you actually do, hour by hour, minute by minute? In fact, why not get out a piece of paper, right now, and just run through the day from the time you woke up, to the time you fell asleep.

Then, go through them, one by one, and ask yourself, "Why did I do that? Was that the best use of my time? Did it take me closer to my goals? Or was it just a big distraction and time waster?"

Finally, learn from the exercise. Look at tomorrow's agenda. What do you need to eliminate? What do you need to do more of? How can you make tomorrow 'count'? Days add up to years, years add up to a lifetime. Make your lifetime count. Seize today, cast out the trivial, and major on what is important. Do the right things, not just the easy or convenient.

"Sunrise, sunset ... swiftly flow the years ... One season following another, laden with happiness and tears" goes the song from Fiddler on the Roof. Whatever you do today, time will pass. But it is what you do, today, that will determine which is greater: the happiness or the tears.

How to Promote Your Business Using Ezine Articles

Submitting articles to ezines is a practice with a dual impact on your profits: it helps you decrease advertising expenses while increasing sales.

The following are a few of the central benefits of having articles written by you published online.

Resource Box: This exposure is fr^ee advertising. The resource box is a short paragraph about the author that publishers usually request with article submissions. It is included at the bottom of the published article and is an opportunity to brand yourself, your business, and your website. The minimum it should contain is your name, business name, and web site address. Space permitting, the resource box should also include a tag line, email address, credentials, etc.

In-bound Linking: Because of the resource box, each time your article is published you should get a link back to your website. Each inbound link to your site benefits your site's search engine ranking.

Building Credibility: Published articles help establish your expertise. You develop a position of authority in your field and recognition with respect to the topics you cover in your writing. It is easier to gain a prospective client's trust when you have the credibility of being a published author. Prospects who trust you are more likely to make a purchase.

Targeted audience: Your article and business information is being sent out to a number of people who have subscribed to the publisher's list because they are highly interested in the subjects of the ezine. They are pre-targeted for you. Note that you can maximize that effect by submitting your articles to more than one ezine publisher.

Exposure: When your article is sent out to a publisher's list, that's an excellent result of your efforts. In addition, many publishers place articles from the current issue on their home page, and then archive the articles.
Visitors often refer to the archives before deciding whether to subscribe, and so the exposure you receive from each article extends beyond the initial publication date.

Leverage: Any article can be used for multiple purposes.
That's leverage. Some possibilities include using an article as the platform for a presentation, or expanding the content to create a special report or ebook. Of course, remember to publish the article on your own web site, which is good for many reasons, including the fact that search engines like to see additions of content.

Viral Marketing: Submit articles to sites and publishers that have a fr~ee content directory allowing visitors to republish articles intact. This multiplies exposure. Also, allow ezine publishers to include your articles in their fr^ee ebooks, provided that your resource box is included.
Again, since these are being given away, your ad exposure multiplies.

If you could benefit from any of these seven reasons for writing articles, then the time for action has arrived. Go to any search engine, and type in a phrase something like:
ezine publishers. You could narrow the search by including the topics you'd write and include the word fr`ee.

Once you've found some publishers, and you know there's an audience out there for your subjects, write your first article. Be sure to proofread your finished article; your intention is to establish credibility, and to brand your business. A well-written and polished piece will help you accomplish a favorable result.

After you've published your first article, you'll want to do it again. Continue to spread the word all over the internet about you and your business.

REIT Horizon

With the Treasury being run by the same team as before the election, the chances of Real Estate Investment Trusts coming into force increases. In March the Treasury released a discussion document. This was greeted well by Citibank, as they saw a flexible gearing structure being outlined.

What is a REIT? A corporation or trust that uses the pooled capital of many investors to purchase and manage income property (equity REIT) and/or mortgage loans (mortgage REIT). REITs are traded on major exchanges just like stocks. They are also granted special tax considerations. REITs offer several benefits over actually owning properties. First, they are highly liquid, unlike traditional real estate. Second, REITs enable sharing in non-residential properties as well, such as hotels, shopping centres, and other commercial or industrial properties.

What it means to you: More clarity is required on the details but there are still a number of ways to invest in commercial mortgage property either through SIPP structures or eventually through REIT vehicles. REITs do not necessarily increase and decrease in value along with the broader market. However, they pay yields in the form of dividends no matter how the shares perform. REITs can be valued based upon fundamental measures, similar to the valuation of stocks, but different numbers tend to be important for REITs than for stocks.

This online quoting system enables you to obtain quotes for Commercial Investment Mortgages.
